beets + chevre

Grocery shopping on an empty stomach is potentially very dangerous. But luckily, I ate half a sweet bun before I went on my errands and was able to stave off any unnecessary cravings that popped up during my shopping spree. I bought parsnips, kale, cilantro, limes, tomatoes, flat leaf parsley, and all kinds of other stuff to make everything I’ve been inspired to try making in the kitchen this week. Guacamole with bacon and blue cheese, more kale and potato soup, pureed parsnips, and cinnamon nutmeg doughnuts! I put together a quick bowl of roasted beets with goat cheese for lunch. I seriously love the tangy creaminess of goat cheese..
