Turkey and roast beef sandwich on whole wheat “thin buns” and a garlicky pickle. Now.. when I first saw these thin buns, it was at Vons when Jeanette and I went shopping for the first FTIL event. I suggested she buy them for sandwiches. Inspired by these thin buns, I picked up a pack myself, when I was at the store. As for how I feel about them.. hmm.. not great. They work well to keep your sandwich contents in place, but they weren’t as great as I hoped them to be. Sort of blah. Maybe if I grill a veggie patty and have the buns toasted, they might prove to be more exciting. Hmm..
