After unsuccessfully searching for a new yoga mat (who wants to use one with martinis printed on it??) my mom and I went to How’s and picked up a chunk of fresh ahi tuna. I seasoned it with sea salt and furikake, seared it, put it on toasted ciabatta with wasabi mayo and fresh greens. I love when wasabi creeps up on you and burns the bejesus out of your nostrils. It’s one of those pains I’d endure for the flavor party on my tongue.
