Mother’s Day

On the menu:
bbq baby back ribs
bbq chicken
potato salad
fried wontons

We always have more than enough food. I think the wontons aren’t as good as I have normally had them. It’s probably because I used this off-brand Japanese wrapper. I’m not going that route again. I think the pack that I have leftover I’ll have my Grandma make butterfly wings with them. They’re way too flaky. The Chinese ones Jeanette uses and the ones I used in Portland are way better. They fry better and hold the filling more securely. However, all of the wontons were devoured which is AWESOME.

I think I ate way too much.

Chick-Fil-A cheesecake if you can believe, is delicious!
