Pre-Burke Williams Lunch

Jeanette spoiled us with lunch today.
Salad: mixed greens, thinly sliced green apple, red grapes, walnuts and Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette.
Tea sandwiches: chicken salad, cucumber with garlic cheese spread, cucumber with mint and garlic cheese spread, proscuitto (without melon for me), proscuitto with melon, turkey and cranberry.
Drinks: “spa water” (water with fresh cut cucumbers, limes and lemons), Chambord with champagne and fresh raspberries
Dessert: red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting from Susie Cakes.
