I don’t know where the food came from, but it was good. Mein with cilantro, slivers of cucumber, carrot shavings, ground beef and some kind of white bean. Lovely texture in the mouth. The bao wasn’t too good – the filling had shrimp and I’m not a big fan of shrimp incased in dough. The woh-teep were good. Lots of guw-choy in it which had me burping some fierce smelling burps after that. Yikes! ! ! !
The hot chili paste and oil that accompanied the woh-teep was crazy good. Just enough to give your throat a sizzle, but mild enough to keep eating and eating and eating.
