Pizza and Salad

I put together a bbq chicken pizza that probably weighed 3 lbs? Yeah. I used a lot of chicken. I used a six cheese blend, chicken breast, bbq sauce, Roma tomatoes, red onions and cilantro. The crust was Boboli which I will never use again because it never got crispy! Trader Joes’ honey wheat crust is the best. Anyway, I think it was sold on the eaters though because everyone had a slice. Phew!

Julie made a spinach salad which was thankfully, not dressed with pure lemon juice and pepper. Loaded with goodies, we had it with Brianna’s blush wine vinaigrette which is a top 5 dressing of mine. Dude, those eggs came out perfect.
