For lunch I had a Washington Fuji apple with peanut butter and Berry Propel. I couldn’t eat the yogurt afterwards. And then I had a drumstrick of rotisserie chicken from Costco. Because I will be spending 2 weeks on tropical islands, I am going to start eating healthier so I’m not a flubber on the beach! In addition to that, my daily treadmill visits will increase to twice a day. I am going to be HARDCORE!!
